You can participate in the competition through the Free Postal Entry Route by following these steps:

• Postal entries MUST be sent via first or second class post to the Promoter at the following address:
  Unit 8, Ullswater Road Business Park, Penrith, Cumbria, CA11 7EH. We cannot accept hand delivered entries.
• Include with your entry:
  • The competition you are entering as stated on the website.
  • Your full name and date of birth.
  • Your address.
  • A contact telephone number and email address registered on your account on our website.
  • Your answer to the Competition Question (if there is one).
• Incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified.
• You may submit free entries for any competition; however, each free entry must be submitted separately. Multiple entries in one envelope will be counted as one single entry.
• If the competition is priced less than the price of a second class stamp, we will allocate multiple entries per postal entry to balance the cost. For example, if the competition costs £0.20 per entry, we will allocate 5 tickets per postal entry.
• By entering the competition, you are confirming that you meet the criteria and accept these terms and conditions.
• Your entry must be received by the Promoter before the Closing Date. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted.
• The Promoter will not confirm receipt of your entry nor confirm if your answer is correct. However, you will receive a unique coupon code via email (see clause j).
• If the number of paid and free entries reaches the competition limit before your free entry is received, your submission will not be accepted.
• Entrants must create an account on the Website prior to free entry. All postcard details MUST match your web account details, including phone and email.
• If all details match, you will receive a unique coupon code via email. You can then enter like a paid entrant by using the code at checkout — no payment is required.
• Postal entries not fully compliant with these terms cannot be processed.
